Zonko's has jokes and tricks that can "fulfill even Fred and George's wildest dreams." Fred and George had planned to buy the shop, but decide against it when Hogwarts' students are banned from visiting Hogsmeade due to heightened security after Voldemort's rebirth. The bar has a rather "dodgy" atmosphere. The sign out front is a wild boar's severed head with its blood leaking onto the white tablecloth it sits on. Inside, the bar is nothing like the popular Three Broomsticks, where most of the students. It is comprised of "one small, dingy, very dirty room". Honeydukes is one of the most famous wizarding sweetshops in the world. It sells wizarding sweets of all descriptions, including Chocolate Frogs, Licorice Wands, Pepper Imps, Chocoballs, Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans, Fizzing Whizzbees, Droobles Best Blowing Gum, Toothflossing Stringmints, Ice Mice, Co/ckroach Clusters, Jelly Slugs, Acid Pops and sugar quills, among others. The Shrieking Shack was built so that Remus Lupin, who is a werewolf, could go there at the full moon to transform without harming his fellow students or any others.
